In 1999 Azcom Business Solutions Limited
was invited and tendered successfully to become a principal
contractor for The
DSA (Disposal Services Authority of the Ministry of Defence) responsible for furniture removal and sales. Since then we have carried out hundreds of clearances for every type of Government department and agency.
The Authority monitors and assesses our work on a day to day basis. For each job completed the customer fills in Contractor Performance Proforma which scores the contractor for quality and timing.
Statistics for August 2012 show that Azcom has scored the following:
- Tasks collected on time - 100%
- Very Satisfied – 91.7%
- Satisfied – 8.3%
- Neither Satisfied or Dissatisfied - 0%
- Dissatisfied - 0%
- Very Dissatisfied - 0%
We are also audited quarterly by the Authority and annually by the MOD with emphasis being made on quality, financial accountability, health & safety and environmental compliance.
